1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StockRun, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our platform is a B2B supply network for independent retailers, brands, and fleet partners.

2. Account Registration

Retailers must provide accurate business information and documents during onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Ordering & Fulfilment

All orders are subject to availability and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). While we aim for 60-minute delivery, specific delivery times may vary based on cluster load and order size.

4. Payments

Payment terms are established during onboarding. We support various B2B payment methods. Failure to clear outstanding invoices may lead to service suspension.
